Estrella Foothills entered their tilt with Trivium Prep on Saturday with 38 consecutive wins dating back to last season, and they'll enter their next game with 39. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Crimson Knights. The Wolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Crimson Knights, too.

Estrella Foothills had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-21, 15-11.

Sadie Snyder paced Estrella Foothills' offense, picking up 12 kills. Snyder got some help from Gabby Coronado and her 13 assists. Kaylee O'Conner controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
