Basketball Recap: Glenbrook South Comes Up Short

Glenbrook South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 58-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the New Trier Trevians. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trevians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Glenbrook South's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for New Trier, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenbrook South will head out to challenge Maine South at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for New Trier, they will venture away from home to take on Deerfield at 7:00 p.m. on January 17th.
