Volleyball Recap: Colville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Colville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Riverside Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crimson Hawks of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Colville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Riverside, their victory ended a nine-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-11.

Colville and Riverside could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Crimson Hawks (ranked 286th) will meet Lakeside (ranked 89th) at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Riverside will take on Timberlake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (305 vs. 72).
