Baseball Game Preview: Roosevelt Teddies vs. Edison Tommies

The Roosevelt Teddies will face off against the Edison Tommies at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Friday, Roosevelt didn't have quite enough to beat Kennedy and fell 4-3. The Teddies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Williams, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Meanwhile, Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of Mound-Westonka.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Edison, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
