Volleyball Recap: Tipton Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Tipton Christian Academy lost against Tipton-Rosemark Academy back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles came up short against the Rebels, falling 3-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Tipton Christian Academy was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Tipton-Rosemark Academy's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-12, 25-15.

Tipton Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Tipton Christian Academy will square off against rival Fayette Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Tipton-Rosemark Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe University School of Jackson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
