Basketball Recap: McNair Find Success

McNair won the last time they faced Franklin and things went their way on Friday too. The McNair Eagles snuck past the Franklin Yellowjackets with a 62-58 victory.

McNair has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Franklin, their loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-16.

McNair didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-51 win against Aspire Langston Hughes Academy on the 11th. As for Franklin, they will venture away from home to take on Chavez at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
