It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pana can now relate to. They fell just short of the Flora Wolves by a score of 17-14 on Saturday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Pana lost, don't look at Parker Moore. Despite the final result, he threw for 113 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 64 yards.

Pana didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Cash Lynch. Colton Stark was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making 14 total tackles.

Pana's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Flora, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Pana does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Flora, they are taking a road trip to take on Maroa-Forsyth at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
