Baseball Recap: West Brook Comes Up Short

West Brook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 6-3 to the Lee Ganders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ganders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 last Tuesday.

West Brook's loss dropped their record down to 5-16-1. As for Lee, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Brook will venture away from home to face off against Sterling at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lee, they will face off against Beaumont United at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lee is facing Beaumont United at the right time seeing as Beaumont United is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
