Basketball Recap: Bloomfield Comes Up Short

If Bloomfield was riding high fresh off their 48-15 takedown of Washington Catholic on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cardinals came up short against the Sullivan Golden Arrows on Tuesday, falling 52-28. The loss continues a trend for the Cardinals in their meetings with the Golden Arrows: they've now lost eight in a row.

Bloomfield now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Sullivan, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Bloomfield will head out to take on Shoals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sullivan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against White River Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
