Soccer Recap: Walla Walla Falls to Lake City in First Game of Season

Walla Walla unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to the Lake City Timberwolves on Wednesday. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Walla Walla couldn't quite close it out.

The win keeps Lake City at an undefeated 4-0-1.

Looking ahead, Walla Walla is taking a road trip to square off against East Valley at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lake City, they will host Lewiston at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
