Meanwhile, Creek Valley blew past Banner County, posting a 40-13 win on the road. With the Storm ahead 34-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Leyton's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Creek Valley, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.
