Brock Wycoff put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Monday. He struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. He was dominant the last time he took on The Academy back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Wycoff has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

Wycoff's effort led Forge Christian over The Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
