Lafayette extended their winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Addy Wiese. The Lancers came out on top against the Mater Dei Knights by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Wiese, who had 14 digs and four assists. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 12 times she's played.

Lafayette didn't let Mater Dei take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 26-24.

Lafayette's victory bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Mater Dei, their loss dropped their record down to 20-6.

Coincidentally, Lafayette and Mater Dei will both be playing Howell the next time they take the court. The Knights will head out to face the Vikings at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Lancers will play them later in the day, at 6:45 p.m.
