Newton barely beat Sussex County Tech the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Braves were the clear victors by a 13-7 margin over Sussex County Tech on Wednesday. Considering the Braves have won three matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Newton now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Sussex County Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-5.
