With a playoff win on the line, Buford rose to the challenge on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Richmond Hill Wildcats 45-0. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won nine games by 28 points or more so far this season.
Dayton Raiola was his usual excellent self, throwing for 224 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt. Torre Costin was another key player, picking up 49 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
Buford's run defense was locked in: Richmond Hill could only muster 0.7 yards per carry. While two picked up at least six total tackles, Jaden Davis stood above the rest. He picked up a sack and made six total tackles in addition to snagging an interception. Buford hasn't allowed more than 3.6 yards per carry in three consecutive contests.
