St. Francis DeSales barely beat Briggs the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Stallions put the hurt on the Bruins with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Stallions in their matchups with the Bruins: they've now won six in a row.

St. Francis DeSales not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Briggs between 13 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-14.

Majid Strickland was the offensive standout of the match as he had 12 digs.

St. Francis DeSales was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in March.

St. Francis DeSales' record now sits at 9-11. As for Briggs, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-9.
