Preview: Collins Hill Eagles vs. Central Gwinnett Black Knights
The Collins Hill Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Central Gwinnett Black Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Collins Hill is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
Collins Hill suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 48-28 walloping at the hands of Dacula.
Despite the loss, Collins Hill got a solid performance out of Paris Fillingame, who scored 12 points along with four steals. Tamia Dawkins was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Central Gwinnett came up short against Mill Creek on Tuesday and fell 42-32.
Collins Hill now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Central Gwinnett, their loss dropped their record down to 16-5.
Collins Hill came up short against Central Gwinnett in their previous matchup on January 9th, falling 47-35. Can Collins Hill avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
