Elbert County is 9-1 against Rabun County since September of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Elbert County Blue Devils will square off against the Rabun County Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. Rabun County took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Elbert County, who comes in off a win.

Elbert County is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 13-0 margin over Commerce on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Rabun County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 13-9 hit to the loss column at the hands of Oglethorpe County.

Jacie McCall was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Shirley, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a double.

The win made it two in a row for Elbert County and bumps their season record up to 4-7. As for Rabun County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
