A win for West Port just wasn't in the cards on Friday as the squad wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They were beaten by the Forest Wildcats 59-19. The Wolf Pack have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Avin Pickering threw for 80 yards on seven of 12 attempts. Mark Wolowitz was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards. On the ground, Makyrion Martin rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries.

Caleb Sanford went supernova for Forest, throwing for 203 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 passes. Desean Freeman was another key player, picking up 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

West Port's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Forest, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-7 record.
