Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Davie). Their defense stepped up to hand the Parkland Mustangs a 10-0 shutout on Wednesday. Lanna Robinson was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Davie is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those six games. As for Parkland, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Davie will challenge rival Glenn at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Parkland is set to face off against their familiar foe Mount Tabor at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
