Volleyball Game Preview: Lordstown Red Devils vs. Chalker Wildcats

Lordstown is 1-9 against Chalker since September of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Red Devils will challenge the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m.

Lordstown lost 3-0 to Badger on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Chalker waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 6-25, 25-16, 25-6.

Chalker's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Lordstown, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.

Lordstown couldn't quite get it done against Chalker in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Red Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
