Softball Recap: Seckinger Jaguars vs. North Hall Trojans
Seckinger lost to North Hall back in September of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Seckinger Jaguars narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the North Hall Trojans 7-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Jaguars.
Annmarie Nagy spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and four unearned) runs on nine hits.
On the hitting side, Megan Whitt was incredible, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Cook, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Seckinger pushed their record up to 24-4 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home. As for North Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-9.
