Football Game Preview: Columbus Explorers vs. Southridge Spartans + How To Watch

The Columbus Explorers will take on the Southridge Spartans at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Columbus is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed past Miami to the tune of 50-0 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Explorers in their matchups with the Stingarees: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Southridge didn't have too much trouble with Edison on Friday as they won 30-16. Those 30 points were actually the fewest the Spartans have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Columbus' win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Southridge, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Columbus skirted past Southridge 17-14 when the teams last played back in August of 2024. Do the Explorers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Spartans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
