Basketball Recap: Ridgefield Christian Takes a Loss

Ridgefield Christian was the 68-65 winner over Crowley's Ridge Academy when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Ridgefield Christian Warriors took a 60-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crowley's Ridge Academy Falcons on Saturday.

Ridgefield Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-11 record this season. As for Crowley's Ridge Academy, their win bumped their record up to 14-3.

Ridgefield Christian is taking a road trip to face off against Bay at 2:00 p.m. on January 4th. Bay will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Ridgefield Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Crowley's Ridge Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hillcrest at 7:00 p.m. on January 7th. Crowley's Ridge Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Hillcrest likes a good challenge.
