Soccer Recap: North Henderson vs. East Henderson
If North Henderson was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Franklin last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The North Henderson Knights fell just short of the East Henderson Eagles by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played two weeks ago.
North Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 5-11-2. As for East Henderson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-10-3.
North Henderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Henderson, they will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Smoky Mountain at 7:00 p.m. East Henderson's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
