Rushville-Industry extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 7-2. They put the hurt on the Havana Ducks with a sharp 38-12 victory. The Rockets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 26 points or more this season.
Rylan Reimolds continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 214 yards and one score while picking up 13.4 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 60 yards.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Rushville-Industry was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 386 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Havana only rushed for 110.
Rushville-Industry didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Reimolds and Brady Trone. Reimolds' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 127 rushing yards.
As for Havana, they now have a losing record of 4-5. Having soared to a lofty 69 points in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.
Despite the loss, Havana still got an impressive performance from Cayden Green, who rushed for 62 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Carter Brooks also helped out with an impressive 93 receiving yards.
Coming up, Rushville-Industry will challenge Dwight at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Havana does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
