Cody Freitas put up the most hits he's had since back in March on Monday. He fired off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-4. He was dominant the last time he took on Stagg on Friday, so they probably should've seen this coming. Freitas has become a key player for Bradley-Bourbonnais: the team is undefeated when he posts at least one home run, but 11-12 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Freitas and Bradley-Bourbonnais will welcome Andrew at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Boilermakers will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 65 places lower in Illinois), but they're not letting that get them down.
