Volleyball Recap: Prairie View Takes a Loss

Prairie View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Anderson County Bulldogs. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 15, 2022, but that streak is no more.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Prairie View sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 20-25, 25-8.

Prairie View's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Anderson County, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Coincidentally, Prairie View and Anderson County will both be playing Osawatomie the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Buffalos will host them on Tuesday.
