Crimson Cliffs and Logan squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Crimson Cliffs had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Grizzlies by a score of 2-0. The Mustangs' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Gracee Stucki spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on two hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances.

Crimson Cliffs' loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Logan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-12 record this season.
