There's no place like home for Edinburg North, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Edinburg Bobcats a 4-0 shutout on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Destany Bermudez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched.
