Volleyball Game Preview: Minneapolis Southside Teddies vs. Washburn Millers

The Minneapolis Southside Teddies will challenge the Washburn Millers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Minneapolis Southside has five straight victories, Washburn has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Minneapolis Southside had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Hiawatha Collegiate on Thursday. The Teddies blew past Hiawatha Collegiate 3-0.

Minneapolis Southside was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-14, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Washburn came up short against Camden last Tuesday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 20-25, 25-22, 25-16.

Minneapolis Southside's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Washburn, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
