Baseball Recap: Woodstock North Has No Trouble Against Harvard

It's playoff time, and Woodstock North had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Harvard Hornets on Monday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 12-0 win back in April.

AJ Cohen tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Woodstock North is 4-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-14 otherwise.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brady Rogers, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Easton Klesch was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Woodstock North's victory bumped their record up to 11-16. As for Harvard, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-25.

As of now, neither Woodstock North nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
