Baseball Recap: Barnstable Takes a Loss

Barnstable lost against Bridgewater-Raynham back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Red Hawks took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans.

Barnstable has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-1 record this season. As for Bridgewater-Raynham, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Barnstable will venture away from home to face off against Nauset Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bridgewater-Raynham, they will head out to challenge Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
