With a playoff win on the line, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Grace Christian Warriors with a sharp 66-43 win. The Ospreys have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 22 points or more this season.

Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Keep, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 13 points and five rebounds. Keep is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Alex Crowl was another key player, as he made all 5 shots he took racking up 15 points.

Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for Grace Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-8.

Looking ahead, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy will take on Appalachian Christian School in a tournament on Friday. Appalachian Christian School will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight. Grace Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
