Volleyball Recap: Winston Salem Christian Has No Trouble Against Alpha Academy + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Winston Salem Christian had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Alpha Academy Timberwolves 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 25-16.

Winston Salem Christian can attribute much of their success to Sienna Vaughn, who had nine digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Marisa Reiter, who had 12 digs.

Winston Salem Christian's victory bumped their record up to 13-14. As for Alpha Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Looking ahead, Winston Salem Christian will face off against Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Alpha Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
