Florence had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Brookhaven Panthers as they made off with a 7-0 win. The result was nothing new for Florence, who have now won six matches by four goals or more so far this season.

They hit Brookhaven with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kadie Carroll (3), Jordyn Quick (2), Emma Marchant, and Delaney Cannon.

Florence's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Brookhaven, they moved to 6-2 with that loss, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Florence and Brookhaven will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Eagles see the pitch they'll take on Vicksburg at 5:30 p.m. on December 4. As for Brookhaven, their break will end when they face Laurel at 5:00 p.m. on December 4.
