Leading Edge Academy - GEC posted their biggest victory since December 29, 2023 on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the San Tan Foothills Sabercats 51-19. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Spartans.

Leading Edge Academy - GEC's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Corynn Foster led the charge by going 10 for 20 on her way to 24 points and three steals. Hayley Foster was another key player, putting up seven points and ten steals.

Leading Edge Academy - GEC now has a winning record of 3-2. As for San Tan Foothills, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-4.

After both having extra time off, Leading Edge Academy - GEC and Bisbee will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for San Tan Foothills, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Payson at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
