Baseball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

After flying high against Greeley Central last Monday, Mountain View came back down to earth. The Mountain Lions fell 10-7 to the Fort Collins Lambkins on Wednesday. The Mountain Lions haven't had much luck with the Lambkins recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Mason Belk made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 4-for-4.

Mountain View now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Fort Collins, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6.

Looking ahead, Mountain View will venture away from home to face off against Loveland at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Fort Collins, they will host Mountain Vista at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
