Preview: Felt Bulldogs vs. Boise City Wildcats
The Felt Bulldogs will head out on the road to take on the Boise City Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Felt is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
Last Saturday, Felt strolled past South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] with points to spare, taking the game 62-44.
Boise City suffered their biggest defeat since November 28, 2023 on Monday. Their tough 70-50 defeat to Springfield might stick with them for a while. While losing is never fun, Boise City can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 311th in Oklahoma, while Springfield is ranked 134th in Colorado).
Felt's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Boise City, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
Felt was able to grind out a solid victory over Boise City in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 53-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Felt since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
