Soccer Recap: St. Dominic Falls Short Against Ranked Howell Central

St. Dominic faced Howell Central in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Crusaders lost 4-1 to the Spartans. The match was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for St. Dominic it sure didn't stay that way.

St. Dominic's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5. As for Howell Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-2 record this season.

St. Dominic will head out to take on Duchesne at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Howell Central, they will take on Holt at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
