Baseball Recap: El Reno Comes Up Short

El Reno lost against Carl Albert back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Indians fell just short of the Titans by a score of 2-1.

El Reno saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Fulton, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

El Reno's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 11-3-2. As for Carl Albert, their victory was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-3.

While El Reno had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
