Soccer Recap: Olympus Starts off Right with Win over Pleasant Grove

Olympus took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Thursday. They skirted past the Pleasant Grove Vikings 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Olympus were the better team in the second half.

Keira Bradley and Mila Guymon scored both of Olympus' goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

This is the second loss in a row for Pleasant Grove and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Olympus will square off against Davis at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pleasant Grove, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
