Brendan Smith Game Report: vs Glendale

Passers beware: Brendan Smith came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 33 receiving yards as Burroughs took down Glendale 34-12. We hope Smith's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Smith and Burroughs will venture away from home to take on Hoover at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Smith will face off against Gabriel Garcia, the Tornados' star receiver. It's not every day two stars like this collide on the field. So who leaves it the victor? You'll have to watch the game to find out.
