Basketball Recap: Alchesay Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Alchesay posted their closest victory since December 21, 2023 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Holbrook Roadrunners 54-52. This was a revenge game for the Falcons: when they faced off against the Roadrunners last Tuesday, they had to take a 60-56 loss.

Alchesay was led to victory by Texas James and Micah Yazzie. James went 5 of 7 en route to 14 points, while Yazzie went 6 for 7 on his way to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Adrian Dosela, who posted seven points and three steals.

Holbrook's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances.
