Meridian won the last time they faced Warren County and things went their way on Friday too. The Meridian Mustangs claimed a resounding 53-23 win over the Warren County Wildcats. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.

Meridian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ellie Friesen, who went 5-for-12 on her way to 18 points and five boards. Charlotte Lieu was another key player, putting up 12 points and three steals.

Meridian pushed their record up to 16-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.0 points over those games. As for Warren County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-14.

Looking ahead, Meridian will square off against Skyline at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Meridian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51 points per game this season. Warren County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
