Basketball Game Preview: Loranger Wolves vs. Parkview Baptist Eagles

The Loranger Wolves will square off against the Parkview Baptist Eagles on Monday. Parkview Baptist took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Loranger, who comes in off a win.

Loranger is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They blew past Abramson 57-35. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Parkview Baptist was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Saturday as they fell 44-39 to Madison Prep Academy.

Loranger's victory bumped their record up to 13-15. As for Parkview Baptist, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 19-7.

Loranger might still be hurting after the 60-38 loss they got from Parkview Baptist in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Can Loranger avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
