Basketball Recap: Davenport West Comes Up Short

Davenport West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 44-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Scott Lancers. The Falcons were probably out for revenge after losing 61-40 to them when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Davenport West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for North Scott, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Davenport West will be home for the holidays to greet Bettendorf at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Scott, they are taking a road trip to take on Davenport North at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
