Soccer Game Preview: Winn vs. MacArthur

Winn is 0-3 against MacArthur since January of 2025 but things could change on Friday. The Mavericks will head out to challenge the Brahmas at 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Winn's offense. They lost 4-0 to South San Antonio on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, MacArthur kept a clean sheet against Harlandale on Tuesday. They blew past the Indians 4-0. The win continues a trend for MacArthur in their matchups with Harlandale: they've now won four in a row.

Delaina Yuen and Giuliana Ruiz scored all four of MacArthur's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Winn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for MacArthur, they now have a winning record of 7-6-3.

Winn suffered a grim 7-1 defeat to MacArthur when the teams last played back in January. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Mavericks were down 4-1.
