Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Antelope). The stars were shining brightly for them in an 82-63 victory over the San Luis Obispo Tigers on Friday. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 39th, while the Tigers are ranked 631st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Antelope has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. As for San Luis Obispo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Antelope will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Casa Roble at 7:30 p.m. on January 2, 2026. As for San Luis Obispo, they will be taking part in a tournament against Ventura at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
