Volleyball Recap: Agricultural Science Takes a Loss

Agricultural Science was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Jones Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cyclones of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2018.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-6.

Agricultural Science's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Jones, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Agricultural Science will face off against rival Northside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jones is set to square off against their familiar foe Whitney Young at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
